Chicken was really good. Service was fast, friendly and informative. Bathroom clean. Was nearly closing time and table wasn't cleaned as they were waiting to do full clean at end of shift (practical) When I asked for someone to wipe it especially for me, they were very accommodating. Definitely worth 5 stars for my first visit. Thank you team

Good sometimes but other times not so good. They purposely do the opposite if you make a special request after agreeing to do so especially for drive thru orders. Hot and spicy not always available especially late at night. So disappointing recently.

Food good. But huge long drive in queue so I parked and walked in.
So i feel like KFC for supper. Order the 10 piece bucket and these 2 lumps of flesh are found at the bottom of the bucket. Not enjoyable at all. Will not be back anytime soon.

Difficult to find entrance. Had to go round twice before we realized that we had to walk through the drive through to get to the entrance would have been helpful if there was signs showing where entrance was for people not from Takapuna.
