Absolute dream to deal with - totally professional and well equipped. Kris and Neel turned up early, worked diligently to identify the HVAC fault, and despite indicating they wouldn't be able to return and complete the job until the weekend, Neel arrived around 5pm on the same day and happily worked for an hour to reinstate the system and set it in operation. I've found my favourite fridgies and highly recommend these guys for any HVAC/refrigeration issues in Auckland. I won't use anyone else going forward.

Forget the rest, these guys really are the best! Arrived exactly when they said they would, price was as quoted, and a fast efficient and pleasant technician (thanks Neel). Made the extra effort to clean up a little spilt water afterwards. This job was a vintage Coca Cola fridge but they had it sorted straight away. Kool Tech are on my speed dial. Thanks guys.
