There were a few problems to start off and delays due to COVID, however once we spoke to the area manager he was amazing and offered his personal service and got it all sorted. He was very professional and helpful.

After getting the delightful duo of Justin and Taylor to measure and quote (on the spot), the communication with their office wasn't great. I jumped online and saw the reviews and thought, "Oh no!!" I usually do that first, but didn't this time. However, a complaint to the right person got things moving. I'm not sure what the hiccup was, but the service after that was amazing. Justin and Taylor are the most delight sales people who kept their promise to personally look after my sale. The shutters and blinds we ordered are fantastic - they look stunning and I am so glad I stayed with Kresta. Even got a call from Justin a month after installation to see if we were happy with the shutters and blinds. I would encourage you to give them a go; ask for Justin and Taylor from the Mt Wellington office - they are brilliant

Thank god I read these reviews prior to paying my deposit. I went with another company to the cost of 309 more for my shutters knowing it would be worth it. The sales tactics were aggressive and annoying. I received the quote then every single day after than I received a text and follow up email with the exact same wording. Sometimes multiple times a day! I queried the online reviews with the sales rep and he replied with a non sensical email then a few hours later another email clearly written by someone else as He’d forgot to delete off the forwarded part lol, he sent that a few times over and over too that didn’t really answer my questions.

Not Recommended, 0 customer service. We are looking for automated dual blinds for our 16 windows but the lady does not want to help at all. We asked about automation and says no sample at all but later showed one when we asked further about it (lying). She is not willing to help or probably work at all so we immediately went to other great blinds shop. Reading other reviews seemed like already a common instance. Go to other blinds shop.

I actually don’t even want to give this company any stars. I was kicking myself for not checking the reviews before we engaged this company but I didn’t- do your due diligence is the lesson learned! No communication at all and they took forever.. a new person to the company called Max came to install them and they were out by 30mm on French doors.. despite 2 measures.. to be honest after reading the bad reviews which would easily take you hours to read as they go on and on, I wasn’t surprised. And if it wasn’t for Max I doubt we would have got our refund on our deposit. Thank goodness for him and him good luck to him in his role.. do not go near this company with a barge pole. I will be warning people!

I have ordered curtains for 4 large windows and a blind mid November. They promised me to install the blind before Christmas and the curtains earlier Jan. When I rang them just before Christmas my salesman Paul Jacobs told me he is not aware anything regarding the production and installation timing and promised to follow up, but he never did. Mid Jan I got a letter that I need to pay full payment in order to schedule the installation for both curtains and the blind, so I did. Waited for couple of weeks and when the installer came, he realised there are no tracks for curtains. Nobody even call be back for a week and after few attempts to find out what is happening I got hold of my salesman and he said that he forgot to order the tracks and never checked what was on order. Told me he need some time to follow up and promised to call me back later that day. He never called me back. Its been a month since.

Do not use this company. Pack of lairs and long delay in getting my blinds installed. Numerous complaints, threats didnt evwn do the trick. Be clear to ask them where their custom blinds and made and they will lie. All made in China and poor quality. Never never again. I wish i had reviewed the Google comments, would have saved me soooo much headache. You have been warned.

I ordered 4 blinds for my french doors, excellent service, can track your order easily. Fast reliable service. Blinds are easy to put together and click into place no problems with them at all.
