I simply cannot recommend Mt Eden Tyre and Mechanical enough! I visited them during Alert Level 3, and from start to finish they were extremely professional. All staff were wearing masks, physically distancing and I was asked to scan the tracer app on arrival or use the manual register if I didn't have the app downloaded. I went in for a standard service/oil change. There were a few small issues I was already aware of, but chose not to disclose these as they weren't relevant to what would be covered in a standard service. Scott and the team not only completed the service, but were extremely thorough and picked up on every issue I knew about, as well as some new ones (lucky me haha). With my WOF due in a month, they suggested doing at least what was required to get the WOF, with no pressure put on me to go ahead with any of the other fixes right away. I collected my car and to my surprise, they had slapped on a new WOF while they were at it, saving me another trip in a month - I was so pleased! They also sprayed a lovely scent in my car so when I jumped back in it was like being hugged by a bouquet of flowers haha - such a nice touch! The service is great, the prices are fantastic and the attention to detail second-to-none. Well done Scott and team, I'd give you 6 stars if I could! :)

I highly recommend Scott and his team at My Eden Tyre and Mechanical. I run a fleet of plumbing vehicles. They always get our vans back on the road in a timely manner. The workmanship is second to none. The costs are very reasonable. They manage all of our vehicle issues, even when we have issues which are not their specialty, they will arrange for the correct people to solve the problem which is a huge time saver. Communication is excellent, any increase in costs is always well documented and explained. Get in touch for any of your tyre and mechanical needs.

Got a problem with your precious car?. Go there. Honest......That is a quality that I've found is rare now days. Time and time again Scott and his friendly team have sorted my family and friends cars, commercial vehicles and trailers out mechanically and for tyres. Like most things the news you get about you treasured car isn't always what you want to hear but at least you know with Scott you're always getting good honest reassuring advise. Thanks guys. Went to this place and had a very similar experience to "malvemallow" who posted another review earlier. After "inspecting" my car to do a standard service and WOF, I was told my car had all kinds of issues, very expensive and costly issues to fix/repair. Didn't trust them on this considering the car was hardly used since the last service/WOF, but had to pay them 50 for their "inspection". Took the car to a more reputable shop and long and behold, was told that basically the issues these guys "pointed out" were all a rip-off and an effort to scam me out of money. Needless to say I wouldn't use these guys again. Edit: They tried to get me to take review down, but sorry, 50 already wasted with you guys aren't coming back so no thanks.
