We have recently bought a car with the help at MTF Finance Mt Eden, specifically from Mel. This lady has been absolutely amazing to deal with. Everything went smoothly with her supports and communication is excellent. Almost forgot to mention Mel is super efficient and thoughtful too, problems were sorted out in unbelievable short time. It took 1 day from the beginning from the quote to the contract signed, and we could realise our new car dream. MTF has presented the best interest that we quoted, the system was super fast, the customer relations between us and Mohammed from Mt. Eden branch was very good. We dealt with everything online, from the quoting to signing the contract, and they were available to phone too. Of course there are few things that they could improve in their system especially if the customer wants to amortise a few payments in advance, it's not possible automatically yet.
