It is actually my second review about Next Gen. Based on my previous one, I had suggested that they need to improve quality of providing service, so many promises have been done but as you know actions speak louder than words. As a member I had several meeting with General Manager and Operational one concerning health and safety stuff, to be more specific, Next Gen is poorly cleaned daily, I used to have a family membership, however, my wife and kid stopped participating due to unclean and unhealthy environment there, to be more specific dressing rooms and spar areas need to get a proper cleaning. Managers keep saying that they are doing their best, but the situation is getting worst day by day. The main reason why I am writing a completely opposite review because all promises giving by the top managers have not being implemented at all. See some photos. As a member I would like to get what I was promised. In addition, if the situation got worst I will complain about it under consumer rights act.

I went there for my professional skills training course over a few weeks. The rooms are small and fit up to 15. The small bites are normal and the coffee nothing to write home about. On either sides of the rooms you have nice views of tennis courts and people playing. The parking inside and around are adequate.

Second home for our family. State of the art gym, full range of summing facilities, awesome staff and NZ's home of tennis. Lounge great for working or relaxing.Not cheap but worth every penny.
