Went into the store this morning to buy tablet on special for 109.00, could not find the tablet on display despite walking around and around for over five minutes. I looked towards the centre service area for staff to help and found five Noel Lemming staff gathered around talking, I waited in the isle and finally decided enough was enough and walked towards the door. A very polite lady staff member walked towards me and asked if she could help and I responded saying go tell the five lazy staff member they have cost their boss a sale. I went to the Warehouse Stationary shop and not only did they offer great customer service but also matched Noel Lemmings sale price. Wake up staff members unless your attitude is who cares about service we still get paid. Wednesday 21st April at around 9.20am.
