I bought me a new Oppo A91 on 17 Dec & paid full retail from Mike, called in to ask if their Price Promise applies today Monday 28 Dec & the Supervisor Ayushi said yes & refunded me the difference, WOW what amazing customer service from these guys, I'll definitely be back here.

Click and collect Service was great in store, but we clicked here in the confirmation email for directions, and it took us to a store that is closed! Not happy

Not a big branch but has all the essentials. Plenty of floor staff so it's very convenient to get served.

Went for a pick up, greeted well then pointed to collection counter which is at the other end and no one was attending. Stood there for 15 mins and staff comes looks the other way so that they don’t have to engage beside the person who should be there. I counted at least 10 staff roaming isles and no service. Very bad experience, if you are a store which sells such products then have people man the counter for God sake.

Poor customer services and rude. I visited this store on Monday 22nd February and met a Chinese Sale man to ask whether Noel Leeming is willing to match a price of Logitech MX keyboard against to PB tech store . He said they are selling parallel imports products therefore it is cheaper than Noel Leeming and the store policy does not accept it . I did not believe his verbal statement is correct so I asked to see his manager. He said NO and walked away . I felt being sick to buy stuff from this store and never come back again
