I’m very happy with my purchase. This is my first time buying a refurbished laptop. You honestly couldn’t tell the difference it’s in excellent condition. The laptop was exactly as described on the website. It was shipped quickly and arrived to me wrapped well and with everything described. Having the Zip payment option is also a plus for me too. Helps make buying things manageable with their payments. I Will absolutely be buying from this website again sometime soon with Christmas fast approaching.

Willing to answer all queries and very kind. Shipping: Beyond fast shipping! Safe packaging and professionally presented. Product: The only minor, minor hiccup with the transaction was a faulty mic, but they switched the device, ran extra tests to ensure all components worked - no additional costs - and all completed these mods within the same day I reported the issue. I have the same version I initially ordered, but a different device initially shipped. Working perfectly now! Also, it is 237 instead of 250; not really as advertised. Affordability: Several payment options available for already very affordable PCs. Overall: I highly recommend this seller for PCs.
