The actual medical practice is excellent. The overall service and facilitation of making appointments as well as availability has gotten worse and worse over the years. I have been a clinic patient since 1992. The reception team are good in person but not good in working through timing issues, or challenges. The practice has also become more administratively focused over the last few years. I would change practises but in the area there m are few alternatives.

Excellent facilities efficiency plus. I've been attending One Heath over a number of years and always I've found them to have a first class team of medical professionals. A team of receptionists nurses & doctors who take their respective jobs seriously and to a high standard. Thank you One Heath for what you do and how you do it.
Dean Humphries: I am writing this review to advise everyone of the terrible experience I had at One Health today. I am a father of three teenage/young adult children. My eldest daughter suffered serious chest pain this morning after exercise that also worked up to some pain in her throat. When we arrived at One Health a very rude man at the front door would not let us in because he thought my daughter had Covid. He would not even let us explain the situation. He abused me in front of everyone at reception and told us to leave. My daughter was in a lot of pain and we ended up going to City Med in the city who accepted her with open arms and were amazing. I would never ever go to One Health again and suggest anyone who reads this post thinks seriously about going there if you care at all about your children. Regards Dean Humphries
The first and last time. Very disappointing experience. I had doubts regarding the medication they prescribed me as it was very difficult to apply. Called at around 11.30am and a receptionist said a nurse will ring back after checking with the doctor. After various unanswered calls and waiting for over 7 hours in pain with ulcers in my throat I called them again late afternoon with very little hope. When they answered it was careless and had no intention of helping me at all. Not even an apology or a sign of empathy. As healthcare providers you should know better than to say sorry we are busy and we are going to close in 30mins. An earlier call to keep me updated or advice on time to go somewhere else would of show more care and professionalism.
Love the place, doctor's, nurses and staff are amazing
No good. Please consider listening to your customer when they are saying something to you and not make them look silly infront of other people. Thanks.
Sad excuse for a doctors office, they only care about money, bkt the well being of patients
