Asked to do a data recovery for an old hard drive. Told me he doesn't have the time and if my hard drive is that old then it is not important. Absolutely unprofessional . Not recommend if service is important to u.

Horrible service, the manager Andy is extremely rude. He said my mobile phone was not able to be fixed and it was a waste of time/money when I was willing to pay him? I took it down the road another company and it was repaired within two days. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. Regardless if the owner did not want to fix the phone having a poor attitude is inexcusable.
