Went to this shop today (second visit to this store) to grab a radiator cap. I was served by a staff or owner (a male with tattoos under long sleeves with an air of arrogance, ego and royalty about him). Not only the customer service here was the worst I’ve ever had; this guy also gives off the vibe that he wants to punch me in the face as if every customers that walks in threatens his masculinity. He gritted his teeth and said “thank you” after I made the payment; which ends up as wages for the staff. I understand that there are many ungrateful store owners out there, but, man, this guy has the need to prove that he’s the worst of them all. Apologies if my monetary transaction has been an inconvenient for your business.

Don't waste your time. Never have advertised stock. The staff treat you like an inconvenience and have poor knowledge of stocked items. Last visit for a pair of advertised 10 tin snips, was told to go to Mitre 10 by a member of staff. Poor service!!!
