Great product range and substantial equivalent and near substantial alternative products. Team is happy to order in 'special orders' and out of stock items. In store specials in addition to website deals. Website can be challenging to use and may not accurately indicate what is actually in store. The on-site team is big enough that service waiting time is short/reasonable. Mostly well-informed, knowledgeable efficient and pleasant team members.
