Consistently poor at providing proper diagnosis. Doctors seem to give very little care. I have always had to go get a second opinion after seeing them, most of the time to find they have miss diagnosed or have not giving the right prescription. Ontop of this, wait times are horrendous, and it is crazy expensive for subpar care. Recommend going anywhere but here.

Northcross locals appreciate the level of service and close proximity here.

Dont come here if you are not dying. You will wait for over 2 hours to see someone. Go somewhere else instead. I dont understand - if you want to operate an urgent care facility, why dont you do it well? Nothing urgent about this place.

Thank you so much to the nurses and doctors for helping me a few weeks ago because of my arm injury. I did like the service and the caring attribute but please consider the waiting time because it was awfully long.... my arm was hurting so much that I was shuddering so much.

Had a follow up appointment for my son, unfortunately the appointment reminder didn't say which clinic, so wasted a huge amount of time driving to Takapuna for an appointment at Northcross. When we finally get seen at 2.15pm for a 1.10pm appointment, the doctor is not able to see my sons original xrays from their own clinic in Takapuna. REALLY?? In this day and age and you haven't even got the technology sorted out between your own clinics, unreal.

Awful. Spent almost 2 hours waiting with over an hour of no doctors seeing any patients at all. After which they still had no idea how much longer it could take. No communication and when asked could provide no information at all. Edit: Regarding the response below. I realise patients are priotised by severity and that patient numbers can be unpredictable. The waiting room was not busy and it wasn't a case of other patients being seen before us. Rather no patients at all were being seen. Being "2nd in the queue" is irrelevant when patients are seen at a rate of 0 per hour.

The slowest clinic I have ever been. So sad.

I'm very angry ... the price charged to see a doctor on the weekend is exorbitant and unjustified. Is it a case of cashing in on the socioeconomic area? I suspect so. 115.00 to see a doctor on the weekend is an insane fee. We don't choose to need to see the doctor on a weekend and regardless of where we live, we should NOT be exploited in paying for a service that we're all entitled to receive, quite often when we're feeling at our lowest. I feel that Shorecare are all about the and not the patients and I have no respect for the place. I have respect for the doctors' skills and knowledge (despite feeling like I'm a massive inconvenience sometimes when I've been there) but not Shorecare itself. I was told by the receptionist Holly that it's not government funded and is privately owned and the doctors have to take time out of their weekend to work ... BS - they CHOOSE to take time out of their weekend to work. And does being privately owned justify such an astronomical fee? No. They're going to get the patients through the doors anyway so why not show a lot of humanity and compassion and lower the fees for everyone and make life a bit easier for patients. You'll still get your money but no need to be greedy about it.
