Someone recommended this branch. I should have read the reviews. We drove 3 times each trip over an hour. The employees do not care. They don't greet you. According to customer service there was a "glitch," so our windshield wasn't even there when we were reschedule for a repair. They could have told us even that same day. I guess they don't look at what jobs they are doing that day. So everything is very unprofessional with this company. Glad the actual windshield replacement was fast so I can get out of there an NEVER visit this place again.

Fitted a new windscreen for me. Great price. Much cheaper that novas. The glass wasn't sent from the depot so the fitting was delayed by about 2 hours. The team worked hard to get the glass in and reduce the delay to about an hour.

Kept to the timing. Did a good job of the chipped windscreen. Also cleaned the windows and carpet. Friendly service. Only provide call centre contact.

Disgraceful. Booked car n a week ago. Wasted 1 and quarter hours through traffic to get there (North Shore William Pickering Drive) only to wait 2 hours and be told they had the wrong windscreen. The crack on the screen is now 3 x worse and the fittings were poorly replaced where they could have ripped off in the wind on the motorway. Expressed my displeasure only to be told Human era happens sometimes. They advertise 10/10 satisfaction, failed miserably.

Remember it works on you phoning there 0 800,number to book your vehicle in for glass work, you can't just pitch up, works on insurance companies, have your policy number handy, Once your all booked in its all great, will be worked on in a professional manner, prepare for time, it is a time consuming process, windscreen replacement can take three hours , crack and chip repair possibly 1:5 to 2 hours, bring a book
