Worst customer service by this store. Seems like they don't care at all about after sale. I went there to fix my iphone here as had an insurance with Spark. Waited for almost 10 days to get my phone back. They told me that the phone was not repairable so the repairer gave me the new phone with insurance work. I used the phone for 3-4 weeks and it turned off by it self. Which is unusual for a new iPhone. So I went back and asked them to cover it under warranty. At that time they said it was a refurbished phone as new product isn't available. No wonder phone shut down by it self as it was some CHEAP Refurbished phone. They told me(after 10 days) that they can't repair the phone which was given by them a month ago so they are giving me new phone under warranty. I can't trust the product which is already open now. So I asked to give me a new phone not a cheap phone. The manager asked me to wait for 7 days to check with repairer & insurance company. It's now more than 14 days and I haven't received any update on that matter. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS.

I have been a client of Spark for a little while now and normally this store is pretty good but today I encountered a young lady with a big attitude problem, when someone is this bad you would wonder why she turns up for work or why would Spark hire these clowns out front to deal with their clients!!!! I would mention her name but I reckon Spark will know whom I'm talking about in sure as I'm sure it's not the first time she had brought this attitude towards people. Just to employ someone like this indicates what type of company Spark has become.
