It was great to have Jeanie, to explain what my car needed and she broke down the costs for me. As a female wanting to get my car fixed, I feel really intimidated and that I am going to get charged extra wherever I go because of my gender. But Jeanie really helped, and I did not feel stereotyped at all so thank you! Very happy with the quality of service. The guys did a good job too.

I required a warrant for my ute and trailer. Trailer needed 2 new tyres and ute needed rear brakes and rear shock fix. I did ask for new trailer tyres but they put on 2nd hand ones. Price wise I think they charged less than new ones...well I assumed they would've anyways. Overall it was a good experience.
