Friendly, polite & accommodating receptionist. Reasonable stock of tyres. A number of staff to work on your change of tyres & automotive needs. All prices of tyres & job is discussed upfront & notes on job sheet. Change 2 tyres, balancing, alignment change of oil & oil filter in 2 hours. Pointers of car condition after its car lifted up. Do not walk around work area for health & safety reasons. Enjoy 8 seats with free water while waiting. Enjoy

Called ahead of purchasing a grab one voucher. Have a Euro so was advised to come in and talk to the mechanic as there may be extra charges. Ended up spending 145 on two rear break pad replacements and sensors. Service was fine however I was advised that it would take one and a half hours and they would call when the car was ready. Went for a walk to Onehunga and had a look around. After 2 hours with no call I went back, the break pads had been replaced but they couldn't get rid of the break pads need replacing warning light. Waiting another 20 mins while they figured that out. No really impressed with the time it took. Be aware that there is a 3.5% Credit Card surcharge.

Deep South

Had two cam belts done here. They gave out a rewards card which was worth a free dinner for two. They reneged hard on the deal, claiming it was a previous owner. Hey, when you buy a business you buy the goodwill but clearly they are out to be cheap.
