This company is a s reliable as you can find so it was with dismay that after phoning about an order I was told that the order had missed the truck in Hamilton and wouldn't be delivered until next week. The "Helper" was as disinterested as is possible. I wasn't happy and neither were my contractors. Then I got a call from the Boss. She is professional and an awesome person. She said that there had been a problem in Hamilton but my product was in stock in Auckland. She went on to say that she would drive it north to my place at 7.30am the next morning. Stunning service. We all lived happily ever after. Thanks Letitia. Legend.

This company has absolutely amazing their website easy to read great communication sent out samples to me. We picked the carpet. And within a week. It was installed and looks absolutely fabulous. Looking at DIY a polycarbonate roof for my deck, found this place on google. Got greeted by Sean, good fella, polite, efficient, answered all my questions, I was in and out in 3 mins. Placed my order yesterday before lunch and got delivered 8:30am today. Price is very reasonable and product is of high quality. Highly recommended!
