Such an awesome shop with a huge selection of tea, friendly staff and a lovely space to sit down and try some tea while your kids play in the kids corner. There are little testers and smell sensations everywhere. How can you resist?
There was a HUGE amount of different teams- all with their own 'smelling dome', & sample. Good, knowledgeable customer service too.
A 4 only as they don't do dine in. Haha! Love this place. Affordable loose tea and good quality.
Aside from having the best tea in the country here, an amazing selection, and probably one of the most beautiful tea-stores, you absolutely must go in and check them out! Don't just shop online! Let Judith show you around the store, she knows her tea and can help you find exactly what you're after (And maybe tempt you to try something new too!). Bevan is a great dude too and will get you sorted too. Definitely go in-store for the full experience, you won't regret it!

We have been buying tea from Tea total for many years. The staff are wonderful and the quality of the product is excellent. They are always willing to help.
