It has been the second time I have used the services of Computer Tech 4 You for a completely different issue. Again the service has been exceptional. Every step was explained with both the best and worst outcomes but fortunately they didn't have to reset my phone. I was given a courtesy phone for the night which was appreciated. The price was reasonable and still way cheaper than replacing my phone or losing all my data. So massive thank you to Arjun and Technicians. Highly recommended.

unhappy with service. I don't normally post reviews but I lost a lot of money on this place. I had broken mobile screen, they offered 48hr repair, then due to parts need this was extended to end of week. but then this continued to be extended until they had my phone for one month, I had to chase up updates and there promises to get back to me were rarely provided. on collection they tried to charge me full amount without removing the deposit already paid. Immediately the phone now had a new fault in its speaker. They said they would repair this at extra cost despite it not being a problem before they touched it. Then within three weeks of normal phone use the screen was cracked again and now detaching from the case. Again apparently not covered by the warranty I was promised at time of repair. I'm sorry I ever took my phone to this place.
