First time we experienced something weird. Buy product from Botany and pick from Northshore? I mean you should have products available for pickup from your store not warehouse.

I was yelled at and screamed at by an old lady and she hung up on me. All for asking where is my order (not delivered 2 weeks later) after placing it on line. The true 'old fashioned store' with all the attitude, anger and absolute lack of understanding customers. Do you want to have a nightmare experience? Order something and call that lady.
