Videographer, Bu, was a nightmare for our wedding videos. Rude, unpunctual and unprofessional at all; Other team-members we met were nice and awesome (photographer Tong and organizer Lychee). If I were a local (we came from Canada), I would avoid this company and their associated videographers.
