Brett Dyson and David Feng have been my property managers from the rent shop and they truly eliminate a lot of the stress of owning a rental property. The Rent Shop has been caring for our properties for ten years, the service is awesome and we can have as much or as little involvement as we choose. We choose very little and our manager Shadi takes care of everything for us. She is great and our properties are cared for professionally, we don't have to worry about anything. we would highly recommend The Rent Shop.
One of the worst service u can get (atleast in South Auckland). All they did was manage account not property. Property in shocking condition and they did not get it fixed in years. Had 4 managers but all useless. Took 1.5 months to get tenant, some bond amount missing and they have no clue. If I complaint they just pass it on to tenant saying that landlord got these concerns. No action. All manager has to say is apology, will learn from mistake. Non sense.
We have The Rent Shop New Plymouth managing our investment property and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing Is to much trouble and they are very professional and work for both the tenant and the landlord. I cannot fault them and highly recommend the. Keep up the great work guys.
