오클랜드 시티 중앙부에 위치해있는 A&D 미술학원은 최대 50명정도 학생이 있고요, 정말 실력있는 강사님들이 학생들의 성향과 학생들의 실력에 맞게 잘 가르쳐주주세요. 학생들이 판단하기 어려운 학생들의 학교선생님들 미술취향이나 특성을 빠르게 파악하셔서 거기에 맞게 미술지도를 해주세요. 가르치는 면에서도 우수한 학원이지만 입시미술같은 경우는 실력이나 센스가 뒷받침되지 않으면 학생들의 목표한 바를 이루기 어려운거든요, 근데 그 어려운 걸 해내는 분들이 계시는 학원입니다. 미술수업에 있어 창의력과 상상력을 키워주려고 하시고 부족한 아이에겐 보완할 수 있는 지혜있는 솔루션을 주시는 모습을 보고 많이 배웠습니다 :-)
