I took my car here for wheel alignment and balancing and received exceptional service. The guys not only did a great job, but they answered all my questions and clarified all my doubts around balancing. They also took my car for a test drive to verify and validate an existing issue with my car. They were pretty quick with the job too and I didn't have to wait too long. I would surely recommend them if you're around the area. Only hassle for me was that is was really far, however it was worth the drive. Thanks team of valley tyres!

I have to say, the team here at Valley Tyres really are amazing! Their service is fantastic and they go the extra mile to assist you - all with a friendly smile. All the team are great, with professional service and quality workmanship. They are trustworthy with their quotes and try and find the best prices for their parts, which was appreciated. We purchased a GrabOne voucher some time ago and used it just recently (before Easter long weekend). The service is "Standard Service Oil Change incl. Oil Filter". The problems/concerns I have are 1. Our car alarm system stopped producing sounds on lock/unlock. What became out of order is a speaker sitting on top of the air filter box. According to the work statement they cleaned my air filter (my close friend car mechanic engineer was laughing). Besides wiring appeared in the car salon in front of the front left passenger seat. They said they didn't touch the speaker, nor wirings. We've been using our car alarm for 8 years, no issues and straight after the car service it's dead. Coincidence? I doubt. 2. According to work statement an oil filter Z386 is installed. Indeed, a non-name A7 model was installed (akka made in Spain). It looks to me they're cheating customers. On asking why, the answer was don't look at the model Z386 in the work statement, this is just a generic naming for oil filter. My close friend (car mechanic engineer) said: "whaaaat the ..?" The Z386 model is indeed a well-known Ryco oil filter for Toyota Corolla cars. Would not use their service again - NEVER!!!

I went here to get 4 brand new tyres, they were definitely affordable and I was happy to pay once they advised me that I had the wrong tyre side wall size which they fux and now my car runs smoother then 1 year ago

Excellent service and assistance, and Tony and Matthew are both easy to talk with, so accommodating and super friendly! Place is comfy and relaxing, and their service machines, equipment and lifts are clean and tidy. Products are neatly arranged, and you can ask for some discount as well! Location is easy to find. Highly recommended to all!

Good offer and service on wheel alignment. I didn't have much knowledge about these guys but now on I will certainly buy new tyres from them. The team is very professional and the owner is very knowledgeable. I didn't know about Continental tyres. I bought Pirelli (from another shop). I didn't know these people. I got a good deal on wheel alignment. I know, I will get a good deal on new tyres from them, next time. Thank you for the enlightenment on different types of tyres. Thank you for today and yes I highly recommend this shop for your tyre needs.
