Poor quality product and service from Venluree. Vertical blinds when installed were all varying lengths. It took 2 times before they were made correctly. Since then the header rail has broken twice. The first time I asked for a replacement they chose to get it fixed. It broke again. Communication is poor, and sometimes downright rude from Franchisee for North Auckland Ashley Gwilt and his "director" wife Ruth. Operations Manager Tarsis does not return calls. Poor quality product. We would never recommend this company after all the hassles and problems.

Dealing with their North Shore agent is a nightmare, wont honor their obligations under consumer guarantees act, this is a company to stay away from for sure.

I booked a consultation with the west auckland representative and the guy refused to drive up our drive saying it was too steep. No one has EVER had any problems and our drive isn't steep, he also refused to walk up, he then left in a huff. Totally wasted my day. I called the company and they couldn't care less either. Company full of clowns.

This is not a company we would ever recommend to anyone. The entire job was incorrectly measured, wrong blinds were installed. A blind fell off the roller in the middle of the night. The wrong fixtures were used. We couldn't get our old blinds back as these had been thrown out by Ven Lu Ree! We were left without blinds on 6 large windows for over a month. Trying to sort ALL the problems out was a complete nightmare and extremely stressful. Our advise would be to shop around and make sure the company you choose know what they are doing especially when measuring or you may be left with light streaming into your bedrooms!
