Outstanding! Most incredible spot. Nice and secluded. The House has great indoor/outdoor flow with huge sliding glass doors. Feels like your sat outdoors while indoors. The views are huge and look straight back to Auckland City which looks great at night. The Hot Tub is in a cool spot nestled in the bush too.

House had dead mouse on arrival out the front, windows to sea view not clean (bummer as the views are very good). Apparently that’s ok because the house was cleaned a few days before so we should expect such things, not great when getting ready for your wedding. Pressured into bond deductions without due process, be careful with them. Also the At Water’s Edge property driveway was step and unstable, scraping the bottom of the car. The spa also looks a lot better in pictures, quite away from the house and not in a great spot to enjoy.
