We booked my daughter's birthday party a month in advance they tryed to cancel on us twice and made us change the time. Which made my daughter's birthday party difficult and many people couldn't come it's very unprofessional and I do not recommend making a booking with them

This aquapark was so fun. We were lucky when we visited last week as it was during high tide. All the patrons were enjoying themselves. The staff gave clear instructions and often looking out for the patrons. I would suggest a floating island in the middle of the park for those who want to have a break but wouldn't want to be blocking other patrons moving up and down the track.

Our boys aged 8, 12 & 14 had a FANTASTIC time at Browns Bay this afternoon. We were very impressed with the helpful friendly staff!!! We rate this as an awesome holiday activity and sad to see such negative reviews

The park itself is great, but it’s so unfair how after a month of working they decide to upgrade their equipment and bring more inflatables in and we’ve already been there. And they’re charging the same price again to do the same thing but better... foolish

Went to it on lake Pupuke. Was definitely more enjoyable than I anticipated as a 26 year old, best to go with some mates. Staff were great.

Looks really fun. The kids enjoyed bits of it, but it's a real mix. First, the place looks badly understaffed. The three red-shirted staff members all stick around the slides, no attention being paid to any other area of the park. Second, teenagers are running amok endangering everyone else. If you have kids younger than 13-14, don't let them go on their own, they'll just get pushed around and bumped into. There are only 3-4 places inside the perimeter where you can climb back up onto the inflatables unless you're strong enough and big enough. Once you're in the water, get ready for a swim in search of a way back up. That aside - it is lots of fun, no question about it.

Wow, only come here if you wanna get physically and verbally abused by the staff. Is there literally no staff training for actual professionalism here? Obviously not.
