Service usually OK, but these guys are a pricey. Last time I went there, I had a car key that only was working sporadically. Instead of repairing the key/giving me a new one, they replaced the battery (costing more than EUR 300.), which most likely not necessary. In any case, their repair did not solve the problem. When going there you should ask to get all the part they change - in my case it would have been interesting to see, if the old battery they replaced would not be fully functional.

Some good experiences on repairs and for sure how clean they give your car back. However costly and after last minor repair I got my car back with a new issue immediately clear because of noise when driving. Upon return they told me that it sounds indeed possibly dangerous and told me to replace the handbrake they just repaired. Unacceptable to send me away with a possibly dangerous car and afterwards suggest a costly unnecessary handbrake replacement.

They are professionals but it's the least you an expect from a dealership that charges its customers prime fees! Too bad, they started practicing the same dishonest tactics as most dealerships in Belgium which is: *they ask you to leave your car in the morning *they call you at the end of the day *they tell what needs to be fixed *they give you a detailed quote, vat included *they call two days after *to tell you: they found additional problems *they add their final price which could be an additional 30% to 40% of the initial bill. That is dishonest from a supposedly professional dealership where clients entrust their cars hoping that the diagnosis will be swift from day one and with no surprises.
