I called the car dealer on Monday and left an apointment to check the car on Friday since I live 60 km away from Brussels and could not go there before. I also sent a message before going there just to confirm that I really wanted to buy the car. The dealer did not provide any response. When reached to the destination and asked for the car he told me that it was sold. I totally understand that he was not going to wait for me but I was expecting him to tell me that the car is sold already when I re-confirmed my appointment.

I went to buy a Kia Sportage. First of all, they didn't have the technical inspection done. They said they will do it after they have a buyer. I said ok, i want to buy it but not without a drive test. There answer was that it was to late and they close in 5 min (they're working hours said that they should close at 19:00, that was in 35 min). I said lets just take the car once around the block, 5 min drive to see if at least it runs because it wasn't moved for 2 months. They said its to late, if i want i should give an advance and i will have the drive test tomorrow. And if i didn't like the car after the drive test i lost the advance... Sincerely, i really really wanted the car, i had the money ready but because of they're incompetence and laziness i could not buy it (i had to leave Belgium the next day and they said its to short time for them to make the paperwork). In my opinion the employes should be all fired and replaced with competent people that want and fight to sell cars, not ones like those i encountered that where to lazy to do the things necessary to sell the car! Worst experience ever, i lost 2 days in Belgium because of that!

Les vendeurs s'y connaissent, sont sérieux et vous conseille et aident à choisir votre bonheur ! Et concernant la garantie, ils ne cherchent pas à discuter, j'ai eu un petit soucis avec ma voiture et ils l'ont réglé sans rien demander en échange que ma satisfaction ! Je l'ai récupéré le jour même. Je vous recommande ce garage à 100%!
