Great dealership in Cincinnati! This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this facility and both times have been easy and convenient. During both visits, all of the staff were following all COVID precautions, so the buying experience was that much more comfortable! Staff was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 1 star because there hours listed on the door day 6pm the hours on the site say 6pm and here I am at 5pm pulling on Locked doors and an empty show room.

Great experience. Fast service. Docking off a star because loaner car wasn’t as great as usual. Most of the German big 3 give out same brand loaner vehicles when the car is in the shop. Audi Cincinnati East use to as well, but it seems recently they started giving out Toyota loaners. First world problem for sure, but would be nice if they gave out an Audi loaner. It’s a good way for us customers to see new models as well.
