Do not settle because, that is what I was going to do. I am glad I did not. Instead I ended up at the Audi dealership to test drive a Lexus. Thankfully I was assisted by Isis. I’m a car guy. So, I was nervous to be helped by a female. However, she proved she knew more than the men at other dealerships and was honest enough to find out info when she didn’t know. Also, shopping at a Phil Long dealership means you have access to their entire inventory. This is where Isis shined. Instead of being aggressive at selling me the car that brought me through the door. She asked for my needs and desires. She was respectful of my budget and uncertainties. In the end, I purchased a vehicle better and cheaper than what I was expecting. I decided to write this review because Isis followed up with me over a month later to see if I was happy with everything. Now that’s personalized service. I am recommending everyone go to Phil Long Audi of Colorado Springs and ask for Isis regardless of what brand vehicle you want. Go!
