Purchased my second Audi from Audi of Hilton Head. First one purchased 3 years ago and sales and service experience drew me back when looking forward another car. My regular service adviser, Aimee, has always provided exceptional service and have a level of trust with the service dept there that was a big factor in choosing another Audi from this dealer. I purchased a used vehicle and once again my sales associate Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Great job by Gary and the entire team of Audi of Hilton head. I bought the car without ever seeing it in person cause I’m in the west coast. They made it easy they answered all question never pushy always a text or call away if I needed anything and that’s what you would expect from an Audi dealership. Let me tell you why you should buy a car at Audi of Hilton Head. I drove down from 1.5 hours away to see a used Audi Q5 TDI advertised online. The pictures and detailed description of the vehicle was A. Michael Aldridge promptly answered all of the questions I had about the car. There was never a point where Michael didn't respond with an answer quickly. He was professional & knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire time leading up to me making the trip up to see the car for a test drive & purchase. When I arrived on Saturday, Michael was there to greet & had the car ready out front for the test drive. The dealership is large, spacious, clean & comfortable. The car was exactly as advertised and Jim Tosh (Business Manager) had the paperwork organized & done quickly. I was in & out of there in no time flat & happily drove the new (used) car back home! Both Michael and Jim also followed up several days later to check in and make sure everything was okay.
