Took my TT in for service today and this dealership is much better than my local dealership in Fort Wayne. Originally scheduled for some routine service but found fluids leaking underneath the car. Brought it in today and they inspected it for no charge. Was told as long as a visual inspection can be done, there is no diagnostic charge. My local dealership would charge a diagnostic charge whenever they touch the vehicle. Prices are very fair compared to the quotes I got around Fort Wayne. Unfortunately, with the age of my vehicle, it did not make sense to repair. I ended up walking out with only the inspection done. Was not charged for anything. Great service and if I end up with another Audi in the future, I'll come here for major services.

Not sure about the sales team but the service folks are very short with you and borderline rude. They're understanding of your car needs seems to be limited to problems instead of solutions. Today I called in because I noticed my oil was getting low, very concerning in a late model vehicle but not totally uncommon for an Audi. Instead of sharing some of the background information with me the service guy just says \They all do that.\ I asked if they had oil available bc I have had struggles with Audis and oil and wanted to make sure I did things the right way. The guy tells me my 5w-30 oil is available at any parts store which is just not true. Had an oil leak in an older model - couldn't find Audi oil at AutoZone, OReilly, or other places and I needed it regularly. Called German Concepts and bought some from them once also. I'm just saying... If they're under staffed, frustrated about a past caller, or think this how you treat ppl I still shouldn't perceive it. Relax, breathe, and treat us with respect. When I brought this car expected a reliable (lol ) vehicle and quality customer service. Not a guy who clicks on me, instead of saying a time or who to ask for Monday. Not my first time being annoyed with their team but soon to be my last, definitely taking the recommendation to have my vehicle serviced in Chicago starting this coming spring.

Have been waiting since July for a claim to be taken care of that no one can give me zero answers on what’s the hold up or what’s going on. Completely unprofessional.. I’m being told I will receive a phone call and never do and I call the corporate line and they tell me the dealer has to handle it.

Took my Audi in for service. Chris Zellers is the Service Manager. He is a man of his word and makes sure that the work of the service department is done to the customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend his service department for any Audi owner.
