Excellent service. Chris did a great job with customer service. He’s very friendly and answered all my questions. I requested my vehicle to be completed at a certain time and it was. Great job to all involved to accommodate my tight schedule. Chris contacted me when my vehicle was ready. Audi Rochester provides the best customer service. I think the best experience is having a single point of contact, Even if your call goes to VM Paul will always call you back within 15 minutes. When your Vehicle is ready you get a text, I stop in at Paul's office and he goes over everything and even handles the payment. The Porsche Service department is outstanding.

I’ve received great service from this dealership in the past. However I’m very disappointed, I stressed the body work that needed to be done on my Audi. All I got was I don’t remember the conversation, it felt very smug and a bit nonchalant. Now my car is being shipped to me with the same issue I asked to be addressed.
