Mark and his team are phenomenal, they operate with full transparency and true integrity. I drove down to Melbourne from Sydney only to discover that two tyers on my S3 required immediate attention, within a day they had replaced both tyres and cleaned the car impeccably. Sadly, I have to report a poor experience. A8 booked in for 50K service, with air suspension fault. Initially, I was told that the diagnostics showed a need to replace the battery (900), even though that had never caused a problem. I authorized the replacement, asking to collect the old battery and diagnostic report. The next day, I was called and advised that a further problem had been discovered - a wire between the battery and the fuse box had blown, and once this was replaced, this would fix the suspension issue. How much ? 900. I authorized this too. The next day, I had another phone call - this time, I was told it was the air suspension pump after all. When I queried the need for the other items, I was told "I can see why you would think that, but we followed the diagnostics" How much for a new pump and fitting - over 4000 !!! I asked for a copy of the diagnostics, and the battery - sorry, its digital, on the screen, no printouts and the battery had been collected for recycling !!!. You tube search shows how pin point the diagnostics really are. Wrote to the manager - no answer. Wrote to the md of Audi Australia - no answer Summary : First degree rip-off. No attempt to communicate and resolve. Outcome - I had the air suspension pump replaced elsewhere for half the quoted price.
