This company is really unprofessional. It starts with the sales team, they say they call you back but it takes about a week before they take action. Then i went there to look at a car and the sales man gave me the carkeys and said: the car stands somewhere in the back. Then i was looking to find the sales man for some questions. He said there was no damage and was walking away. Then i tried to find someone else and they just ignore you. Finally i found someone and asked for the history, turns out he has HAD an accident and damage to the front. I never felt so much incompetence and unfriendliness ever, i would stay away. So i bought my car the next day somewhere else, where the service was perfect.

Very friendly and efficient. Took me in without an appointment as it was just a headlight bulb that needed to get replaced. Also really nice on the inside with coffee and water, so not a bad place to wait.

Mr. Maifeld has done the service in a right way. All was perfect. I have get a service car, that was well. (it will be better to answer in german)
