\We had recently bought a used car (gebrauchtwagen) from Audi Zentrum Köln-Mitte Jacob Fleishhauer. We would highly recommend this Autohaus and my contact person Mr. Kurtovski as they made the entire buying process very pleasant especially for one who lives a few hours away in Köln. Amidst corona pandemic times Mr. Kurtovski managed the entire process including contract management, sharing of documents and delivery of the vehicle on exactly mentioned date. He was kind enough to answer all questions via email and phone. He had clarified everything about the history of the car and its condition transparently. We had a chance to view the car and make a test drive. Immediately after we signed the contract, We had received all the papers of the car by post to make registration of the car. Exactly on the date of delivery, our dream car was ready after inspection, and service. We can definitely say we are happy customers of Audi Zentrum Jacob Fleishhauer.

I come here for the maintenance of my car. My 11 years old car is good so I am happy. The staff is always nice, good and serious professionals. The prices are normal for Audi but the quality of car and services is very good.

They are very nice with you only when u are with the cash in hand to buy, when u have a problem with the car bought from them, they respond to your email in weeks. No real care for customers.
