The professional and caring staff made my husband and I comfortable, and explained everything in detail. They made my husband's experience of getting a hearing aid easy, and increased our knowledge regarding hearing and the effects of hearing loss. It was a stress free visit. We trust this practice and felt that they valued us as people as well as clients. The new hearing aid technology they revealed is just amazing.

So happy my doctor told me to go to this office. Mala and Joan were the sweetest!! And very professional. The office was super clean. I woke up with my ear numb and ringing so badly I couldn’t hear a thing. Went to the ENT who told me to go see Mala to have my hearing checked. I was so nervous but Mala and Joan made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked thru the door. I went back for a follow up a week later and everything was back to normal. I would highly recommend going to this office. Thank you Mala and Joan!! :)

I am on my second upgrade hearing aids because the Starkey Products are incredible and they keep improving. The folks that run that operation are tip top and professional. Whatever you need they can satisfy from appointments to explanations. Very easy to deal with and they take the time needed to explain everything. Highly recommend these people, that store and the products they offer.
