Truly astonishing...in determining that I did , as I'd already thought, that my old aids really did need replacing. Testing, in sound room, what I now needed. Offering various options and, when I made selection, getting it for me at half listed price and then, before actually delivering new hearing aid (vast, vast improvement over those in current use) spending nearly an hour making sure new ones were comfortable, fit properly and were properly computer adjusted for my current life style. Very pleased with Audiology Associates of Westchester.

Whether you want to have your hearing tested or you already know you need a hearing aid, Michelle O'Shay is a wonderful audiologist! She is patient, caring and extremely thorough, both in diagnosing a problem and recommending a solution. In addition, she is a great communicator. Audiology Associates of Westchester is fortunate to have her on their team.

I have used Audiology of Westchester for many years to help with hearing loss. I saw Debra Skorney for many years who was wonderful, and now I see Caitlin Dold. I cannot recommend Audiology of Westchester highly enough. Caitlin’s takes great care; she works with patience and precision to make sure not only that I have the best possible hearing aids for my lifestyle and individual needs, but also she has made sure after thoroughly testing my hearing annually, that my hearing aids are adjusted to maximize the hearing potential I do have to its fullest. This has meant that I have been able to continue in my work and thrive. Words cannot express how grateful I am.

5 stars really aren't enough to rate my experiences with this talented, kind, professional, generous team of audiologists and associates. I've been seeing them for over 15 years, and am now starting my third set of hearing aids. Julie O'Shea is one of my favorite practitioners in any field. She's super friendly and highly skilled, and it's so reassuring to see someone who remembers you, and is well versed with your history. I particularly love that it's an all women practice. Everyone there is great!

I have been a patient and a fan of Audiology Associates since 2001 and I have been a grateful fan of Julie O'Shea as a result of her compassion and understanding of what I needed to address my hearing loss. Although I began to have baseline hearing tests and appreciate my need for hearing aids, my anxiety about this step and fear that it would be the beginning of accepting my \old\ age of 48 spooked me! However in 2005 I relented since the word I said more than any other.. To my wife and my colleagues ( and my kids) was \WHAT\! Getting hearing aids made me feel younger and changed my life, professionally and personally! Being able to hear what I was missing in conversations helped me feel more connected with everyone! Yes, good hearing aids are expensive but it is as necessary as spending on eyeglasses and other tools to help us utilize our senses!
