Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve had anywhere, all stores included. The gentlemen there talk to you like you’re their friend, not someone they’re trying to sell a product to. They’re honest and have integrity. Best prices out of any car audio place in the country. I’m so satisfied with my service here, I’m never going to another car audio place for as long as I’m driving. My husband & I went into the store a little over a week ago and it was a horrible experience . the employees lack Professionalism. you think your getting a great deal when your actually not on a lot of things. we did some research after leaving we could have gotten the same speakers we bought in person for a few bucks cheaper on line from the actually makers of the items!. and we should have checked reviews before going here it seems this company loves to post peoples public addresses when they don't like what they have to say . i cant wait for them to be rude about this review.
