A job has been advertised here at Auditel Systems prototype wirerer 25000 - 30000 so I applied for it as I’ve been doing Electronics for well over 20 years, called them up to chase my application and Shahrad the guy who owns this company said come in and see me so I did. I got there talking to Shahrad in his office and he said he can offer me 10.00 per hour but after 1 - 2 he will increase to 12.00 per hour so I replied I thought I was 25000 - 30000 he replied it is but I have to put in the hours to achieve that amount and the overtime is all flat rate. I thought about the job called him the next day to accept his offer he replied I’ll see you the beginning of next month and he was meant to email his email address as he wanted it writing. I received a text message stating “My friend I have done further thinking about everything you have told me. I have come to a conclusion that even though you are quite capable of doing the job but I think your inflexible attitude can not work in our business”. All I wanted was a 38 per hour working week as I have got a life apart from work which he agreed, 12.00 per hour which Shahrad said after 1 - 2 months “If he was a man to his words?” A contract of Employment (which has not been discussed). I presume it is a 0 hour contract. Thanks for wasting my time Shahrad!!! You complete time waster and your not a good man to your words and pay the workers a lot less than advertised. (Joker).
