If you are currently looking to rent a townhome or apartment in the Augusta area look no further. Augusta Rental Homes is by far the best in town when it comes to rental property management. They make it their number one priority to ensure the all their tenants get the best quality care around. I personally had the pleasure of working with the staff as a former employee. I absolutely loved working for the company as it was a great opportunity and a pleasure to work with each staff members. Not only does the company provide quality rentals, but has equipped their team with professional team members that are very knowledgeable. I highly encourage everyone considering renting in the Augusta area to check them out!

I rent a suite for a private hair salon. The building has some age & occasionally something goes wrong. I can call or e-mail my concern and they are nice and Deborah gets right on it with a pleasant voice and over the phone I can tell a sweet smile. I really like the guy she usually sends, he makes sure he wipes his feet and makes as little mess as possible. First handyman I never had to clean up after. Much appreciation.

Of all the landlords /or property management companies I have rented from in the last 15 years, dealing with this company was literally (and I don't use that word lightly) the absolute worst. Communicating with this company is miserable for both general questions or getting repairs done. Often I wouldn't get a response, or if I did it wouldn't be under my preferred communication method. When trying to contact individuals responsible for specific functions in the agency I would often reach someone else working with them, get told they were in fact working and given a direct line/email, and still never get an answer /or response. When it came to getting repairs done they were rarely done in a timely fashion. A leak in the roof I reported took over 2 months to get fixed in which time further damage was done to the interior (and subsequently never repaired). AC going out in the middle of the Georgia summer took 4 days for them to get a technician out to my apartment to get it fixed. Perhaps the only redeemable aspect of this agency is that the maintenance technicians they personally staff are prompt and knowledgeable, but any outsourcing of repairs to contractors results in the aforementioned coordination issues. Their \maintenance coordinator\ would often just close my reported issues without taking any action on it. At the end of the day I wouldn't want to rent from this agency again. Dealing with them made what was an otherwise pleasant set of living arrangements miserable/anxiety-ridden. If I owned property in the area I certainly wouldn't want them managing it. Having dealt with both Rex and Auben Reality in the Augusta area I would recommend both of those companies if you are looking to rent downtown.

As a home owner, Augusta Rental Homes has been awesome. Coming off a horrible experience with a previous property management company, Augusta Rental Homes has been a savior. Sandra is amazing and is always super helpful and answers promptly and professionally.
