The lady that checked us in wasn't super friendly, and the car smelled of cigarettes. Other than that it was great. Love that we got a car that ran on both gas and a rechargeable battery.

Horrible service. Waited 30 min beyond appointment time as agent kept going through cars and then discovering she couldn’t rent them to me. Was downgraded a class even though I prepaid, with no apology or offer of compensation. Car smelled very strong of smoke, but by this time I just couldn’t bear another 30 min wait or a worse car.
The lady staff there is amazing!! She always accommodates us with great vehicles.. She needs a raise!!!
The staff here are friendly and they do their job efficiently. They ar also the renting agents for budget as well, so it can be a little confusing but over all doesnt matter and long as you get a car. That being said the main reason they get 2 stars is how handle reserving the actually vehcile you need. On their website it basicly tells you that they have whatever vehcile it is you say you want. When you call the number to confirm what you have resvered you will never get a human being. The automated service will confirm that you are reserved for whatever vehcile you requested, go online to their website and they will confirm the same thing. But when you go there in person the day off they will not have what you have reserved and tell you they can only provide you with X,Y, or Z. Now this might matter to you if you were hoping to drive a specific vehcile and it might not. But if you are traveling as a group and need a certian vehcile because of seating capacity and cargo capacity and you arrive the day off and you are given not what you reserved but a vehcile that cannot possibly meet your needs its extremely problematic. This had happened on more than one occasion with this particular car rental office. Why they will let you reserve a vehcile they do not have on hand I have no idea. I can only surmise they just want your business and dont want you going to someone else so they will lead you to believe they have whatever you want.
I just really appreciated how your staff handled my request which came up so suddenly due to a car breaking down. They were so nice at the airport location. And I will absolutely go there again!
