Is not first time that happens to me but I ordered a sundae of three scoops and without fudge and they gave me a two scoop sundae and they charge me for three and they put fudge in it and without cherry and it was melted. Very bad experience very disappointed of this Baskin Robbins.

I usually have no issues with this location. However, my husband stated that he saw the manager I’m assuming (only one in blue shirt) drop my sundae. I’m like no that didn’t happen so we drove off. I decided to check my bag before leaving the parking lot. Cup was broken and ice cream a mess in bag. We went back through the drive thru asked to speak to the manager (blue shirt) and she refused to come to the window. Instead in the background she informed one of the workers to make it over as she continued to text. Wow.

Google said this location is open until midnight. We left our hotel (which is right next door) at 1030 to get some ice cream and some stuff for breakfast the next morning. The sign in the window said open, the lights were on, and the menu in drive thru was lit up. Yet, no one answered through the drive through. We drove around and a girl was in there with the lights off. Really disappointed

Good place for a quality ice cream or shake. Can be a little pricey, but is on par with Dairy Queen and, in my opinion, better quality ice cream. Very convenient location and usually not too busy. I love that I can buy quarts of my favorite ice cream via the drive thru, too. Great service, prompt. All around really enjoy this place.

I ordered two two scoop hot fudge sundaes. I paid 12 and change for these hot fudge sundaes. When I received the hot fudge sundaes they were chocolate syrup Sundaes. I return to the window and asked for my money back because they were chocolate syrup Sundaes and not hot fudge sundaes. I received a credit for 10 and change. Total rip off
