Clerk checking us in was RUDE! Couldn't be bothered was the attitude. How this hotel ever got their great rating on priceline is beyond me. Room was mediocre at best. Couple outside cursing and screaming at each other.

Nice hotel for the most part. Spacious rooms, microwave and full fridge. The 2 women working Tue evening are a little rude. Didn't want to give me a fresh towel. Also, room could be cleaner. Looked like someone poured pee on the floor by toilet. Floors definitely needed to be swept and vacuumed.

The rooms are very large and very clean. I was not expecting my room to have a kitchen. The bed i got must've been a California king. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for space, cleanliness and great service.

Very nice hotel. Large, spacious rooms. Friendly staff - especially Jessica at the front desk! She really went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.... it almost felt like home!

I want to start by say this hotel is super nice. It's spacious & clean. We travel a lot for my husband's job so we spend more time in hotels than we do at home. This was one of the nicer ones we stayed in in the past 10 years. Loved that it has a mini kitchen with a full size fridge, sink, microwave. The whole layout was fabulous. The hotel is a little loud at night & cleaning staff is is little noisy, but no big deal. I never complain so I hate doing it now, but our only issue is the 2 ladies working Sun, Feb 28, 2021 around 8 pm. Their attitudes were so bad I felt management needs to know. They were very rude & unhelpful. We spoke with Jessica on Fri. Gave her a copy of license, CLC card, everything she needed that way when we got here last night it would be an easy check-in. Jessica was AMAZING. She was so friendly & above & beyond helpful. When we got here last night it was 8:07. Front door was locked. Obviously we didn't have our room keys yet. We stood outside the door for 6 mins waiting on them to open the door so we could check in. We finally had to tap on the glass so they would acknowledge us & let us in. Neither one spoke to us or said anything. One lady finally said she needed our cards. We let her know we had given Jessica a copy of all our stuff. She said "she didn't leave it, we need it again" without even looking. After we got all our info out again she magically found it. Both ladies acted annoyed with us & a couple of other guys with our group that came in a few mins after we did. Didn't seem happy to be here & frustrated to help anyone. I also noticed another review from someone 4 months ago about staff not wearing mask. I am also high risk for covid and neither lady last night had a mask on.
