Our stay was pleasant. The staff were very attractive and friendly. The only CON that I have was that our TV was a little messed up...kept making this buzzing noise like when its too close to other electronics....it was kind of annoying, and the color was off, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Shoutout to Fedd who went above and beyond to find out any issues and concerns I had and helped me to resolve them. I wasn't able to find the survey page but I'm still giving a shout out and the other young brothers who work there together are awesome very friendly and inviting and made the experience all the better. I'm going to get both of their names and edit this post when I run into them again
My boyfriend and I stood here NYE night and this place is gross! Housekeeping clearly doesn’t know how to clean properly with the amount of hair that was in the bathroom sink, tub and floor laying around. The towels had stains on them and what seemed to be pubic hairs stuck in the threading. The sheets had stains on them. Called front desk and the female told us someone will bring us clean linens and towels. Nobody ever came that night. To make it worse, I woke up to an ant crawling on the pillow next to me. There were also ants crawling down the curtain. We told front desk but the female didn’t do anything for us to better our stay. Don’t waste your money at this place. They clearly only want your money but refuse to take proper care of their rooms and guests.

My stay here was okay. I wouldn't stay again. The house keeper was super nice and friendly. But there was bugs in the room 504 and they Never had enough towels and you would think with the amount of money you spend for the hotel per night you would think they would have pest control come in and spray for bugs. Other than that it was okay..
