Caleb was our realtor for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home as well. His experience and knowledge of the real estate business along with his contacts made the selling and purchase of our home as easy and stress free as it could have possibly been. He priced our home comparable to others in our area so well that we were able to get a contract and accepted offer with our first and only showing after going on the market. He was very helpful in negotiating with the builder of our current home as well. We were able to our get new home exactly how we wanted it. The real estate business can be very unpredictable but Caleb’s experience makes his clients feel comfortable knowing he is working on their behalf. Caleb is professional, honest, prompt, and hardworking for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

He is from the area and grew up here, so he knows all the ins and outs as well as an inside on who is selling but not on the market yet.
