If you are looking to purchase a horse at this barn the owner Barbara will guide you to the right horse. I purchased my 16 year old daughter’s horse from this barn, with Barbara as the agent. At one point Barbara was Leary of selling this horse to my daughter, he was a little too much horse for my daughter’s skill level. During my daughter’s test ride when she realized this, she grabbed multiple trainers to walk with horse and child. Together Barbara and I brainstormed on what we saw. With Barbara’s expertise in child safety, I began making calls to training centers in Indiana. Barbara would only be comfortable selling the horse for my child if they were going to a training center. That is exactly what we did. We are going on 3 months of ownership and both horse and rider have come together and are going to their first show. I’ve had horses my whole life, it’s very rare to have a seller attempt to be the one to back out of a sale! This level of honesty and integrity can be very rare in the horse world! If you are looking for a horse, you can certainly trust Barbara to find the right fit! ️️️

My 11 yr old daughter has been riding here a yr and a half and we would not even think of going anywhere else. All the staff is professional and truly care about the safety of the students and putting forth the best riding lessons, and horse experience possible. They accomodate most disciplines and have flexible hours and competitive rates, and cater to both the competitive and non competitive rider, and offer schooling shows as well as clinics.
Excellent stables and farm. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional and great with kids or adults. Carousel is by far the best place I've found for lessons and boarding in the Northern NJ area!
